The prices refer per person a day with half-board for a mini mum stay of three nights (including all duties). The day begins with a rich buffet and in the evening we offer a filling salad buffet with the international and tyrolean kitchen. All rooms have a private bathroom , hairdryer, Safe and a TV.

Apartments for 2 or 4 persons: Living space with a kitchen area, dishwasher, daybed, a double room , private bathroom and a balcony.
Apartments for 3 or 5 persons: Living space with a kitchen area, dishwasher, daybed, a tripple bed room, private bathroom and a balcony.

Terms and conditions:
* The rooms are reserved from 12 pm of the arrival day to 10 am of the departure day.
* The booking will be confirmed only after receiving a deposit to 200 €
* The rooms are reserved once the deposit has been paid and a written confirmation has been given.
* In case of cancellation we don't refund deposits for any reason, including weather conditions.
* In case of delayed arrival or early departure we have to calculate 100% of the price for the booked period.
* We accept small pets on request and only in rooms with wooden floor (excluding the winter season): 5,00 Euro. Sorry, animals are not allowed to public rooms (bar, dining room).
* The appartment prices vary according to employment ( number of persons )
* For the meals not consumed during the stay, they are no deductions.

Supplements:
* 10,00 Euro for cradle for babies up to 2 years.
* 20,00 or 8,00 Euro per day for single use of double room.
* Bathrobe rental 3,00 Euro
* Children from 2 till 6 years staying in the room of their parents
receive 30% discount, and from age 6 we offer you a receive of 10%.
